Each lot sold in the Town of Churchbridge with a frontage of 50' or less will be sold by the Town for:

$750.00 per lot

These lots are scattered throughout the Town limits and are serviced, other than lots on Credar Crescent and South side of Prothero Avenue East.

Each lot sold in the Town of Churchbridge with a frontage larger than 50' will be sold by the Town for:

$1000.00 per lot

These are lots that are scattered throughout the Town limits and are serviced, other than lots on Credar Crescent and the South side of Prothero Avenue East.

Each lot sold in the Town of Churchbridge in Cedar Crescent and on the South side of Prothero Avenue East and the one lot on Basken Street will be sold by the Town for:

$2000.00 per lot

These lots require a minimum 1,200 square foot residence.

The Town of Churchbridge will not be responsible for finding the location of property survey pins for any and all property in the Town of Churchbridge.

All purchasers of new property and former home owners and current residents are responsible for any and all costs of legal surveys they require.

This policy will be effective on the date it is carried by the Town Council of the Town of Churchbridge, Saskatchewan.
