Each serviced Town owned lot sold by the Town of Churchbridge will be sold at $100.00 per frontage foot,
Except corner lots with corner easements, which will be charged $100.00 per foot on the lot width.

If the water and sewer are in a new area where the mains have to be extended and a “Permit to Construct” has to be obtained from SaskWater each lot will be sold at $200.00 per frontage foot, with the exception of the East side of Rankin Road, which is subject to future development proposals.

The Town of Churchbridge will help with the request for the estimated location of property survey pins for any and all property in the Town of Churchbridge, but property owners understand and are aware and acknowledge the Town of Churchbridge does not have a qualified Surveyor on staff.

All purchaser’s of new property and former home owners and current residents are responsible for any and all costs of any legal surveys they require.

This policy will be effective on the date it is carried by the Town Council of the Town of Churchbridge, Saskatchewan.
