Tax Incentive Policy
Upon application to the Town of Churchbridge
Commercial property - 1st year 65% 2nd year 35 % This applies to purchasing an existing vancant commercial building within the intent of commencing a new commercial business . A new person or company renting an existing commercial building and continuing to operate at that location would be eligible to have Business tax only rebated. The same scale would apply. These exemptions do not apply to frontage taxes or other municipal levies. All applications for exemptions under this policy must be made in writing and addressed to the Town Administrator, Box 256 Town of Churchbridge.
