The Town of Churchbridge according to the Urban Municipality Act, 1984 Section 154(1) has the management and control of the grade between taxpayers property and street pavement (swale ditch), therefore, The Town of Churchbridge sets the following policy:

The Town of Churchbridge will approve the swale ditch on

(Street No. and Name)

provided the grade runway is to the Town’s specifications, or The Town of Churchbridge under the above law has the right to dig up and remove the pavement from the swale ditch if it causes drainage problems for the Town. The replacement cost of the pavement removed will be at the taxpayer’s own expense.

I, _____________________________ agree to and understand that if the grade runway (swale ditch) is not paved according to the Town of Churchbridge specifications, I am liable for the replacement cost of the pavement on the above lot and block.

I, ______________________________, the Town Foreman or Maintenance Person do hereby agree that the swale ditch on the above noted property is to the Town of Churchbridge specifications.
